What happens if an item on my order is not available for click + collect?
If any item(s) from your Click + Collect order is not available in your chosen store you will receive a 'Ready for Collection' email which outlines which items are ready at your chosen and highlights which item(s) have been cancelled from your order and subsequently refunded.
If ALL items were cancelled then we do apologise, you will receive an email and SMS informing you of this. Your card will then be refunded to the value of the order.
