Do I have to pay to return an online order?
Returns are free and easy! Once you have received your Returns Label, you can return it through your local post office or return your item(s) to a local store. A return can be arranged by contacting our customer service team.
Once the item has been received by us, under the cooling-off period of 14 days or if the item is damaged or defective, you will be refunded for the charge of sending the parcel back or to the value of original delivery cost.
